Psychosocial counseling

If you are experiencing a (life) crisis or have a mental health condition, you can make an appointment for counseling at one of our centers. To do so, please call us at

040 682 826 55 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm) - and we will make an appointment with you.Thank you for your understanding that we are unable to provide direct counseling through this phone number.


  • Family members and close contacts are also welcome to use our counseling services
  • There are no long waiting times.
  • A psychosocial counseling session lasts about 45 minutes.
  • Our services are free of charge, and you can stay anonymous if you wish.
  • All counselors at GPD Nordost are qualified professionals.
  • Of course, we are bound by confidentiality.
  • No referral or paperwork is required.

Our counseling services are available to all individuals aged 21 and over who are experiencing a crisis or living with a mental health condition.

People under the age of 21 are supported through our child and youth welfare services – this also includes young adults.
